The easiest technique we have found for connecting segments of our Modular Hose is as bellow:

1. Locate ball half of hose segment 1 & socket half of segment
2. Bring segments together such that on one side of the hose the lowest point of the ball meets the lip of the socket.
3. Rotate the two segments toward each other around the contact point where the low point and lip meet.
4. Snap segments into place.
   Tip: Applying some inward pressure to the lip of the ball half will help it deform and the segments to nest.
