Made-To-Order

The majority of our products are made to the client’s specification when an order is placed.  This can result in “slower than is typical for the internet” shipping particularly if the robots go on strike.  We will do our best to communicate reasonable expectations about our current production timeline.  At a minimum, orders containing made-to-order products should anticipate at least a 2 week delivery time frame.  This allows for 1 week in production and 1 week in transit.

CGI

Computer Generated Images – We use Computer Generated Imagery (CGI) to demonstrate the appearance of our products.  These images are generated directly from the cad models of the products themselves and are therefore an accurate depiction of the item itself.  While we use the color codes provided by our suppliers to generate these images, colors may vary due to differing monitor calibrations, variance in the material, lighting, and other factors.

Customer Satisfaction

You’re the customer, we are the people and robots in the garage.  We’d like for you to be happy with your experience dealing with us.  That said, please reach out to us via our contact page if you feel that your experience hasn’t quite met expectations just yet and we will work to improve on that.  Here are our thoughts on various related topics:

Warranties

We warrant products manufactured by us to the extent required by law.  Additionally, we want you to have confidence in our products.  Therefore, at our discretion, we are happy to replace products found to be defective within 6 months of original purchase.  No other warranty is implied or made.

Satisfactory fit

We do our utmost to make sure the information provided on our site is accurate.  This applies particularly to the fit of our adapters.  If we have made claim that an adapter is suitable for a specific application and you find that a termination is too loose, tight, of in some other way doesn’t fit correctly, please reach out to us via our contact page.  We would love the chance to receive your feedback, tweak and improve our design for your application, and ship you the resulting product as a replacement.

Privacy Policy

This will come as shock, but as a small company of a paranoid basement dweller, we just aren’t interested in data brokering.  We do adapters and adapter accessories.  We simply won’t give your personal information away unless required by law, or to conduct business practices such as billing, shipping and other account management tasks.

Our site, like most, may rely on third party trackers like Google and Facebook to analyze our business.  We don’t directly collect or store this third party data.

Cookies

This site uses only necessary cookies for maintaining transactional data for facilitating shopping.   To prevent this site from using cookies, please adjust your browser settings.  We also think macadamia cookies are delicious.

Refunds, Returns, Exchanges, Credits

We do not accept returns on made-to-order items.  To the extent that a mistake is ours, and can be corrected, please reach out and we will endeavor to correct it.  Also see our Satisfactory Fit section above.

We do accept returns on our standard products such as 1″,2.5″, and 4″ modular hose in like new condition within 30 days of receipt, or as required by law.

Shipping

At present we ship only to the United States.  Inquiries from other countries are welcome through our contact page.  To keep things simple we offer flat rate and/or free shipping via USPS, UPS, DHL, and FEDEX at our discretion.

SaLes & Billing

All sales are billed at the time of sale.

Sales of made-to-order goods are final.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is currently collected for the state of:

• Colorado

As our business grows, we may be required to collect sales tax for other states as well.

All international shipment vat, customs, and import fees are the responsibility of the receiver of the goods.

Colorado Retail Delivery Fee

The state of Colorado requires any business collecting sales tax in the state of Colorado to also collect a delivery fee on behalf of the state in the amount of $0.27 per transaction when goods are shipped in or to the state of Colorado.  This fee is collected and remitted to the State separately from Sales and Use Taxes.
